Mustard is capitalizing on his success from producing Kendrick Lamarâs âNot Like Usâ and announced his fourth studio album entitled “Faith Of A Mustard Seed.”
Five years after releasing “Perfect 10,” which featured the hits âPure Waterâ with Migos and âBallinâ with Roddy Ricch, the Los Angeles-born producer is readying his next album. Mustard unveiled the albumâs cameo-filled trailer on his social networks, which features footage of the projectâs potential contributing artists.
âBut Jesus said if you had faith the size of a mustard seedâŠâ the trailer opens. Throughout the one-and-a-half-minute trailer, artists including Future, Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Young Thug and Don Toliver.
The album title comes from the Christian Bible; the book of Matthew, chapter 17, verse 20 and 21, advises, âFor truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to the mountain, âMove from here to there,â and it will move and nothing will be impossible for you.â
The verse specifically refers to faith in the Christian God, but could easily be interpreted to mean radical self-belief, as well.
What’s more? Outside of music, Mustard just announced heâs expecting a child with his new girlfriend, Brittany Stroud.
